Job Title: Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant - Pharma

Type: Contract

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Mode: Hybrid, Candidate should work from Hyd office 3 days as week initially later on need basis.

Onsite: Once in 4 months candidate may need to travel to (Hungary, Italy, Germany)...for 4-6 weeks....all the expenses will be sponsored by the client.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 10+ years of relevant experience and at least one end-to-end SAP implementation in the Pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, implementation, and support of SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring compliance with pharma regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP PP and QM implementations for Pharma manufacturing clients Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support Configure and support SAP PP processes including: Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers) MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning Process Manufacturing (if applicable) Configure and support SAP QM processes including: Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspection Inspection Plans, Characteristics, Results Recording Quality Notifications, Usage Decisions Batch Management & Stability Studies Ensure compliance with Pharma regulations such as GMP, GxP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11 Work on batch traceability, batch determination, and serialization-related integrations Integrate PP/QM with other modules such as MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM Support validation documentation (FS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ support) Lead and mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of SAP PP and QM experience Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP implementation in the Pharmaceutical industry (mandatory) Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM configurations Deep understanding of Pharma manufacturing processes Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Strong knowledge of Batch Management and Quality Management in Pharma Exposure to CSV (Computer System Validation) activities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
