Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end implementation and support of

SAP PP (Production Planning)

module Configure and support PP master data:

Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions

Handle

MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Production Orders

, and confirmations Integrate SAP PP with

MM, QM, and SD

modules Strong understanding of

PP-QM integration

(inspection types, in-process inspection, GR inspection, usage decision) Support manufacturing business processes and shop floor execution Analyze business requirements and provide SAP PP solutions accordingly Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams Provide production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and end-user training

Must-Have Skills

Material Master BOM (Bill of Materials) Routing Work Centers Production Versions Demand Management MRP execution Capacity Planning & Scheduling Creation, release, confirmation, and settlement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP

SAP QM knowledge is an added advantage

Experience in

manufacturing / automotive / EV domain

is highly preferred Strong configuration and functional expertise in PP processes Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
