Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

SAP PP/QM Consultant

with a strong background in implementation projects and a solid grasp of business processes and SAP configurations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Work on end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations and enhancements Configure SAP PP based on business requirements and process changes Manage PP Master Data: Material Master, Bill of Material, Routings Handle Sales & Production Planning, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning Provide support in Forecasting, Manufacturing Execution, Inventory & Warehouse Management Implement Product Costing and Quality Management functions Collaborate with cross-functional modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, WM Guide technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and requirement gathering

Mandatory Professional Expertise (QM)

:

Deep knowledge of Quality Management in Production, Procurement & Sales Quality Planning, Inspection Plan, Inspection Lots, Sampling Procedures Configuration of Inspection Types & Dynamic Modification Rules Integration of Class Characteristics with Inspection Characteristics Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, Test Equipment Management Batch Management and Periodic Inspection for Shelf Life Materials Quality Info Records and QM in Audits MM/PP/SD/WM Module Integration Hands-on experience with data migration tools like LSMW / BDC

Nice to Have

:

Domain/Industry experience SAP Certification in PP/QM Knowledge of related SAP modules: MM, WM, SD, PM Experience with SAP Interfaces and Integration scenarios
