Job Title: SAP PPQM
Grade: B2/C1
Location: Bangalore
:
- Experience with S/4 HANA Manufacturing Master data and configuration.
- Involvement in global SAP deployments and understanding of best practices.
- Strong process knowledge in Production Planning (MRP) and various manufacturing processes: Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, and Batch management.
- PP/Manufacturing integration experience with logistics modules (MM/QM/SD/PM/FICO).
- Knowledge of S/4 HANA Manufacturing E2E processes.
- Experience with industry manufacturing solutions like PEO, ETO, Advanced Variant Configuration, and ePPDS for planning and scheduling.
- Expertise in MES integrations, particularly with S/4 HANA (e.g., Digital Manufacturing Cloud).
- Experience with Discrete industry manufacturing IS-Solutions and E2E process mapping.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain topics like IBP, EAM, and PLM integration with S/4 HANA Manufacturing.
- QM Master data and configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of quality management processes and integration with MM/PP/SD/PM.
- Experience setting up QM master data such as Inspection methods, Quality Agreements, QIR, MICs, and inspection plans.
- Knowledge of QM workflow, including sample management, quality certificates, notifications, and control.
- Hands-on experience with continuous process improvement (e.g., audit management, stability study, FMEA, control plans).
