Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP PP module support post-implementation. Guide and support end users in production, planning, and shop floor teams to effectively use SAP for daily operations. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and floor support to ensure users understand SAP PP workflows, such as production order creation, BOM management, and MRP runs. Customize and fine-tune the SAP PP system to align with the specific needs of the furniture manufacturing process, including made-to-order and made-to-stock models. Work closely with plant heads, planners, and warehouse teams to ensure proper material flow and production scheduling in SAP. Assist in master data setup and maintenance (Materials, Work Centers, BOMs, Routings). Identify gaps, report issues, and collaborate with the SAP implementation partner or internal IT team to implement fixes or enhancements. Monitor KPIs post-implementation to assess SAP adoption and efficiency improvements. Ensure proper documentation of SAP processes and create user manuals and SOPs.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP module. Experience in SAP end-user support, training, and post-go-live stabilization is essential. Understanding of furniture manufacturing workflows, such as custom orders, modular designs, work center capacity, and shop floor routing. Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and WM modules. Strong grasp of SAP PP configuration including Production Orders, MRP, Work Centers, BOMs, and Routings. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and with non-technical users.
