Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Production Planning (PP) / Quality Management (QM) Functional Team Lead

to support an SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will lead functional design, configuration, testing, and client engagement activities across PP and QM processes, while guiding team members and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and configure

SAP Production Planning (PP)

and

Quality Management (QM)

functionality in

SAP S/4HANA 2020 or higher

Lead

design and discovery workshops

with business and technical stakeholders Prepare and maintain

detailed functional specifications

to support technical development Perform and oversee

unit testing

for all SAP PP/QM scenarios Support

defect remediation

, solution testing, and production business process issues Conduct

system and functionality demonstrations

for clients using

SAP Fiori UX applications

Support development teams with

unit test data

and validation of technical developments Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchase-to-Pay, and Quote-to-Cash teams and client resources Create and maintain: Configuration documentation Functional specifications Process flows Integration test scripts Unit test cases Participate in

Realize phase playback sessions

and system demos Maintain assigned tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies using

project tracking tools

Provide status updates, risks, and mitigation inputs to project and program leadership Mentor team members and provide

knowledge transfer

to client project teams Participate as a primary, co-, or contributing author on project deliverables Support

data conversion, data migration, and data maintenance

activities Provide

best-practice and industry-specific solutions

Recommend

standard SAP (out-of-the-box) solutions

and alternatives where applicable Provide

thought leadership

along with hands-on configuration and functional guidance Act as an active leader and contributor within the functional team Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on

SAP PP configuration experience

in

SAP S/4HANA 2020 or higher

Working knowledge of

SAP QM

and its integration with PP Proven experience leading

design and discovery workshops

Strong experience creating

detailed functional and technical specifications

Experience conducting

PP/QM functionality demonstrations using SAP Fiori

Experience supporting

testing cycles, defect resolution, and production support

Leadership experience guiding functional teams or workstreams Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a

cross-functional, global team environment

Nice to Have

Experience leading PP/QM workstreams in large-scale

SAP S/4HANA implementations

Exposure to manufacturing, discrete, or process industry solutions Experience with

data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support

Integration experience with MM, SD, or other SAP modules

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
