Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SAP PP Consultant to join our team as a permanent employee, deployed onsite at our client's Vadodara facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of SAP Production Planning processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with business and technical teams.

Must have Skills:

Hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, implementation, and support. In-depth understanding of Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control. Exposure to integration with MM, SD, and QM modules. Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Good to have Skills:

Experience with S/4HANA environment. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for functional analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, implement, and support SAP PP module functionalities including Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, and Production Orders. Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Handle end-to-end production planning and execution processes, including Master Data Management (Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, and PM) to ensure seamless business integration. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP-related incidents and provide production support. Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including configuration guides, test cases, and training materials. Conduct user training and workshops to enhance system adoption. Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and performance within the PP module. Willing to work full-time onsite at Vadodara (client premises).

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification:

SAP PP or S/4HANA Manufacturing certification.
