About The Job:

• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate shall have in-depth knowledge of all PP processes, including discrete and repetitive manufacturing (REM).
• They should have completed 1-2 end-to-end implementations or rollouts and 1-2 support projects & minimum 2yrs of domain experience in production & quality departments.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage project work in SAP PP module - implementations/rollouts/support tasks.
• Conduct business workshops for requirement gathering, business blueprinting, designing solutions. Conduct user trainings.
• Configure and customize SAP PP processes to meet business requirements.
• Provide support and maintenance for SAP PP systems, including handling tickets and resolving issues within SLA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Develop and execute test scripts and manage defect resolution.
• Perform data migration activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams for developments.
• Utilize CHARMs for change management and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PP functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, including S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Configure and support QM processes, including inspection lot, notification, inspection types, result recording, sampling procedure, MICs, and stability study.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an SAP PP Consultant with S4 certification
• At least 1 year of experience with S/4HANA and Fiori applications
• Strong understanding of SAP PP processes and configurations
• Experience with CHARMs and ticketing tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with QM processes: inspection lot, notification, inspection types, result recording, sampling procedure, MICs, stability study

Functional Skills/Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of SAP PP processes (discrete & REM)
• Experience with end-to-end implementations and rollouts
• Proficiency in support projects using ticketing tools
• Hands-on experience in configurations and developments
• Knowledge of all project phases: test script execution, defect solving, data migration
• Awareness of CHARMs
• Experience in handling tickets as per SLA with tools like ServiceNow
• Preparation of functional specifications and collaboration with ABAP teams.
• Experienced in working on enhancements & custom developments.
• S/4HANA experience with Fiori application knowledge
• Mastery of SAP PP areas: master data, configuration, planning (MRP), confirmation, printing, reporting
• Knowledge of MES & experience in third party interfaces with SAP
• Hands-on experience with QM processes: inspection lot, notification, inspection types, result recording, sampling procedure, MICs, stability study
