We are seeking an experienced SAP PP professional to configure, implement, and support the SAP Production Planning (PP) module. The role involves managing master data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth production planning and execution through SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and support the SAP PP (Production Planning) module
Manage SAP PP master data including BOMs, work centers, routings, and production versions
Plan and control production orders, capacity planning, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
Monitor production schedules and resolve planning and execution issues
Support month-end activities related to production and inventory
Analyze production data and prepare MIS and performance reports
Provide user training and first-level support to SAP PP users
Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with MM, SD, and QM modules
Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or a related field
Hands-on experience with SAP PP module configuration and support
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
Experience in MRP, capacity planning, and production order management
Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and QM
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
