We are seeking an experienced

SAP PP Consultant

with strong expertise in

SAP PP/PI (Process Industries)

along with hands-on experience in

Quality Management (QM)

and

Electronic Batch Record (EBR)

processes. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PP/PI solutions in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage

SAP PP/PI processes

including

master data

,

process orders

, and

PI sheets

. Work extensively on

master data

such as

Bills of Material (BOMs)

,

Resources

, and

Master Recipes

. Configure and support

PI Sheets

and

Process Orders

(order types, confirmations, and batch management). Design, implement, and maintain

Electronic Batch Record (EBR)

systems to streamline manufacturing documentation. Integrate PP/PI with

Quality Management (QM)

for inspection planning and results recording. Handle

Batch Management

and

Engineering Change Management (ECM)

processes. Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution. Prepare detailed documentation including

functional specs, test scripts, and user training materials

.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

6 years of experience

in

SAP PP/PI implementation and support

. Strong knowledge of

process manufacturing workflows

and

shop floor operations

. Hands-on experience with

EBR (Electronic Batch Records)

and

PI Sheet configuration

. Good understanding of

Batch Management

,

QM integration

, and

Engineering Change Management

. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

SAP Certification

in PP/PI or related module is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage

industries. Exposure to

SAP S/4HANA

environment. Familiarity with

MES integration

or

EBR systems

(e.g., Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter).

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
