We are looking for a seasoned SAP PP/QM Consultant with 15+ years of experience in design, implementation, and consulting in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules, especially in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects, particularly for European clients.
Drive functional workshops, prepare and present BPDs, FSDs, FDDs, and guide WRICEF development with ABAP teams.
Handle Gap Analysis, estimation, and RICEFW sizing.
Prepare and update BPML and detailed Blueprint/Process flows using tools like Visio/ARIS.
Design and manage Variant Configurations (AVC, VC, PVC) and work with SAP CPQ.
Deep involvement in IDoc mappings, interfaces, and integration with SAP/Non-SAP systems.
Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.
Desired Skills:
Strong domain knowledge in Production Planning and Quality Management.
Deep understanding of S/4HANA, master data, Demand Management, MRP, Discrete Manufacturing, batch management, and subcontracting processes.
Hands-on experience in user-exits, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, and EDI integrations.
Excellent knowledge of integration with MM, SD, FICO, and PM modules.
Exposure to Production Resource Tools, Engineering Change Management, and Shop Floor Control.
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
SAP S/4HANA PP/QM certification is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility to travel to customer locations (Europe/global) as required.
