Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

SAP PP / PM Consultant

with 1-2 years of functional experience to join our SAP team. The candidate will play a key role in supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) processes within

process and manufacturing industry environments

, including

repetitive manufacturing (REM)

setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP

PP module

processes such as material master, BOM, work centers, routing, production versions, and production orders. Handle

REM (Repetitive Manufacturing)

scenarios including rate routing, production lines, and backflushing processes. Assist in configuring and maintaining

PM module

elements like equipment master data, maintenance plans, notifications, and maintenance orders. Support

MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control

activities in manufacturing and process industry environments. Work closely with business users to understand process requirements and deliver effective solutions. Participate in

integration testing

with other modules such as MM, QM, and SD. Provide

user support

, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth production operations. Prepare

functional specifications

, training materials, and configuration documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. 1-2 years of

hands-on SAP PP experience

in implementation or support roles. Working knowledge of

SAP PM module

and basic integration points with PP. Experience or exposure to

process industry

and

manufacturing industry

business processes. Understanding of

REM (Repetitive Manufacturing)

concepts and configurations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have:

Experience with

SAP S/4HANA

environment and

Fiori applications
