Job Title: SAP PP Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / Pune
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant with strong expertise in solution design, WRICEF development, and cross-functional integration. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of managing delivery while mentoring a small team and engaging directly with global clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP PP solutions including requirement analysis, solution design, FS preparation, unit testing, end-to-end testing, go-live, and hypercare support.

• Work extensively with WRICEF objects in the SAP PP area with at least 6+ years of experience.

• Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Logistics, Finance, and Controlling for seamless integration.

• Apply working knowledge of Controlling and Product Costing to support business requirements.

• Take ownership of change requests and projects, ensuring effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.

• Engage with clients, gather requirements, and independently deliver solutions.

• Demonstrate flexibility to work in global customer time zones as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with WRICEF objects in SAP PP.

• Proven experience in leading teams and playing a lead role in solution delivery.

• Strong knowledge of integration with Logistics, Finance, and Controlling modules.

• Exposure to Controlling and Product Costing preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and deliver under tight deadlines.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently.
