SAP Portfolio Leader - RISE with SAP

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy and Planning

Develop and maintain the RISE with SAP portfolio strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Lead roadmap development for offerings under RISE with SAP, including S/4HANA Cloud, Business Technology Platform, and associated services. Conduct portfolio health checks and identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities. Ensure integration of sustainability and digital transformation goals within the portfolio.

Project and Investment Oversight

Oversee evaluation, selection, and prioritization of RISE with SAP initiatives. Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs such as adoption rate, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Manage portfolio budgets and ensure financial performance aligns with targets. Drive innovation through partnerships with SAP and ecosystem players.

Governance and Risk Management

Establish governance frameworks for RISE with SAP offerings, ensuring compliance with Atos Group standards and SAP methodologies. Facilitate portfolio review boards and decision-making forums. Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks, including technology obsolescence and delivery challenges.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with SAP, internal sales teams, and global delivery units to align priorities. Communicate portfolio performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Engage with product owners, R&D, and solution architects to ensure offering readiness.

Performance and Optimization

Track and report on portfolio value delivery, including business outcomes and customer success stories. Continuously optimize offerings to meet evolving market needs and SAP roadmap changes. Promote best practices for portfolio lifecycle management and offering industrialization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SAP portfolio management, ideally with RISE with SAP. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform, and cloud transformation. Expertise in portfolio governance, financial management, and strategic planning. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Portfolio revenue growth and profitability. Customer adoption and satisfaction for RISE with SAP offerings. Delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within budget. * Compliance with governance and quality standards.
