Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Trainer to deliver structured, high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing course materials, conducting interactive sessions, guiding learners through real-time scenarios, and preparing them for SAP PM implementation and support roles. Key Responsibilities Conduct SAP PM training sessions covering all core and advanced modules. Prepare and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and assignments. Provide practical training using real-time project examples and SAP system demos. Explain SAP PM integration with MM, PP, QM, and other modules. Support learners in completing hands-on exercises, configuration tasks, and case studies. Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations. Provide doubt-clearing sessions and assist with interview preparation. Stay updated with latest SAP PM features, EAM updates, and industry practices. Maintain training quality and ensure course delivery as per organizational standards. Core Topics to Teach SAP PM Overview & Architecture Organization Structure in PM Technical Objects (Functional Locations, Equipment, BOM) Breakdown, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Maintenance Notifications & Orders Task Lists, Maintenance Plans & Scheduling Refurbishment & Calibration Processes Work Clearance Management Measurement Documents & Counters Integration with MM/PP/QM Reporting, KPIs & Analytics SAP PM Master Data Management User Exits & Enhancement Concepts (basic level) Real-time business scenarios and configuration steps Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of SAP PM functional experience. Experience in SAP PM implementation/support projects. Prior training or mentoring experience preferred. Strong understanding of end-to-end PM cycles and EAM processes. Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginner-level learners. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to prepare training materials, exercises, and documentation. Preferred Qualifications SAP PM Certification (optional but an advantage). Experience in S/4HANA PM.
