Primary Skills/Requirements

12+ years of experience in enterprise applications with 6+ years in PLM and 6+ years in MDM domains. Proven experience with PLM platforms such as

SAP PLM

. Strong hands-on experience in

MDM tools

like

SAP MDG

. Expertise in: + Product Data Modeling and Governance
+ BOM Management and Change Control
+ Workflow and Lifecycle Configuration
+ Data Quality, Cleansing, and Harmonization
+ Integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Experience in

data migration

,

data stewardship

, and

data validation frameworks

. Strong understanding of

PLM-MDM-ERP integration architecture

. Experience in at least

3 full-cycle PLM or MDM implementations or rollouts

. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills. Familiarity with

Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
