Short description: As the SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of sales order management, delivery, shipment, invoicing, pricing, royalties, billing, retroactive billing, EDI, cross-modular integration, and profitability analysis within the organization. Your mission is to streamline and optimize the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the SAP OTC team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective execution of OTC processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of OTC processes with other modules within the SAP ecosystem. Analyze and understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and actionable plans. Implement best practices and industry standards to improve the efficiency of the OTC process. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the OTC process and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP OTC functionality and technologies to recommend enhancements and upgrades. Provide support during SAP OTC system implementations, upgrades, and testing phases. Resolve complex issues and challenges related to OTC processes in a timely manner. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives. Key Experience Required: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP OTC, with a strong background in sales order management, delivery, shipment, invoicing, pricing, royalties, billing, retroactive billing, EDI, cross-modular integration, and profitability analysis. Proven track record in leading SAP OTC implementations and managing OTC projects successfully. Experience working with Signavio and Tricentis is preferred. Technical and Functional Competencies: In-depth knowledge of SAP OTC modules and related functionalities. In depth knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (ANSI X12 and EDIFACT) for seamless flow between EDI subsystem and SAP Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP OTC processes. Strong understanding of integration points between SAP SD, LE and other SAP modules especially Finance. Proficiency in configuring and mapping EDI messages to SAP data structures using tools like IDOC across document types like 810, 850, 860, 856, 830, 862, DELJIT, DELFOR etc. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Familiarity with SAP testing tools and methodologies. Education Bachelor\'s degree in business, supply chain management, finance or a related field SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution module (SD) and /or Logistics Execution (LE) is preferred. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a solution-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and cooperation across teams. Proven ability to influence and drive change, leading to continuous process improvement.
