An MIS SAP Operator manages, enters, and analyses data within the SAP ERP system to generate actionable business reports (MIS).
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Data Entry & Processing:
Creating and updating documents in SAP (e.g., Purchase Requisitions/PRs, Sales Orders).
MIS Reporting:
Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track business performance.
System Monitoring:
Ensuring SAP data accuracy, troubleshooting basic issues, and managing system integrity.
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), SAP B1 or similar ERP knowledge.
Functional Support:
Assisting departments with SAP-related queries.
Typical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Commerce or related fields).
Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
Strong analytical skills.
