The SAP Operator will be responsible for managing day-to-day transactions in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy, timely data entry, and smooth coordination with departments. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of SAP modules, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily data entry in SAP (GRN, GIN, STO, PO, DC creation, billing-related entries). Maintain and update stock records, material movements, and inventory transactions. Coordinate with warehouse staff for material receipt, issue, and dispatch updates. Ensure proper posting of inbound/outbound documents in SAP. Assist in cycle count and stock audit by providing SAP data.

Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of SAP (MM / WM / SD / PP / FICO modules depending on role need). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficient in MS Excel & basic computer operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
