Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) to join our training division. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in manufacturing, procurement, inventory management, and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, project-based training to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end SAP MM training sessions (Online/Offline) aligned with S/4HANA.

Teach core concepts of Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, MRP, Valuation, Pricing, STO, Service Procurement, and Invoice Verification.

Prepare and deliver implementation project-based scenarios (Automobile/Engineering industry).

Create training materials, assignments, real-time case studies, and assessments.

Handle doubt clarification sessions, practical workshops, and system hands-on practice.

Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and certification guidance.

Configure SAP MM settings live and explain SPRO steps with screenshots.

Provide guidance on integration of MM with SD, PP, FICO, WM, and QM.

Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA updates and train accordingly.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME).

Minimum 0-2 years mechanical domain experience OR theoretical domain knowledge.

Strong SAP MM knowledge (certification preferred but not mandatory).

Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM, MRP, procurement cycle, and material planning.

Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, practical terms.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in SAP MM implementation/support/rollout projects.

Knowledge of SAP ABAP basics (for debugging) is an advantage.

Experience in creating training PDFs, PPTs, and practical assignments.

Familiarity with automobile industry processes (Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Hyundai, etc.).

Ability to handle large batches and manage LMS content.
