About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned

SAP MM Lead

to spearhead a business-critical digital transformation for a major

Airport Infrastructure project

. As we migrate from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, you will be the functional heartbeat of our Material Management and Procurement streams. This is not just a technical migration; it is an opportunity to redefine operational efficiency for one of the region's busiest aviation hubs.

Key Responsibilities

S/4HANA Migration Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end functional migration from ECC to S/4HANA, including Greenfield or Brownfield implementation strategies.

Business Process Re-engineering:

Design and optimize Procurement-to-Pay (PTP), Inventory Management (IM), and Physical Inventory processes tailored to airport operations (e.g., ground handling spares, terminal maintenance supplies).

Configuration & Customization:

Hands-on configuration of MM structures, Purchasing, Valuation, and Account Assignment, and Invoice Verification.

Integration Expert:

Ensure seamless integration with other modules, specifically

SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

for airport asset management and

SAP FI (Finance)

for automated clearing.

Data Migration:

Oversee the cleansing, mapping, and migration of master and transactional data (Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Orders) using LTMC or S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with airport department heads to translate complex aviation requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

Minimum

10 years

of core SAP MM experience with at least

2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations/migrations

.

Technical Depth:

Proficient in S/4HANA-specific features like Business Partner (BP) conversion, MRP Live, and Fiori-based procurement apps.

Aviation Domain Knowledge:

(Added Advantage) Previous experience working on SAP projects for

Airports, Airlines, or large-scale Logistics Hubs

.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field. SAP Certification in S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement is highly preferred.

Communication:

Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
