Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support all aspects of the SAP MM module including purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Handle tickets, incidents, and change requests as part of L2 support.
Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, and WM) for integrated solutions.
Assist in testing, documentation, and end-user training activities.
Participate in upgrades, patch applications, and data migration activities.
Recommend process improvements and best practices to optimize SAP performance.
