We are looking for a seasoned SAP MM Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain processes and strong experience in application support, configuration, and enhancement delivery. This role will focus on supporting SAP MM and Ariba functionalities, ensuring business continuity, and mentoring junior team members across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for SAP MM and Ariba modules, including incident resolution, change requests, and system enhancements
Configure and optimize processes across Procurement, Inventory Management, and Sourcing
Support SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality Management modules as needed
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to identify and deliver improvements
Monitor and manage SAP-Ariba integrations, workflows, catalogs, and interfaces
Work closely with ABAP developers on custom enhancements and Fiori app modifications
Utilize SAP BI tools like SAC and Datasphere for reporting and data insights
Ensure compliance with change management protocols and documentation standards
Guide and upskill junior consultants within the support team
Key Skills & Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in SAP MM and Ariba support and configuration
Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement, Sourcing, GR/SES, RFQs, Contracts, and Workflow Management
Hands-on experience with Ariba CIG, Sourcing, SLP, and integration with S/4HANA
Proficiency in SAP Fiori, Print Form Management, and Lean Catalog setups
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP BI tools (SAC, Datasphere) is a plus
Strong understanding of system integration (iDocs, XML, RFC) and cross-module dependencies (SD, PP, PM, QM)
Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and global support environments
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
