. The selected candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions.
This role requires deep functional knowledge in
SAP Modules - e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP
, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex business processes and stakeholder expectations. The consultant will play a critical role in transitioning legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA environment.
Must Have Skills:
End-to-End SAP Implementation
+ Lead all phases of SAP project delivery using
SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies
, including Business Blueprinting, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go-Live support.
+ Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions aligned with industry's best practices.
Data Migration & S/4HANA Transition
+ Plan and execute complex
legacy-to-SAP S/4HANA data migrations
.
+ Utilize migration tools such as
SAP LTMC (Migration Cockpit), EMBT, LSMW, and SAP BODS
.
+ Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Business Process Engineering
+ Conduct
As-Is and To-Be workshops
with business users.
+ Analyze existing processes and design optimized SAP-based solutions.
Configuration & Custom Development Support
+ Perform hands-on functional configuration in the
relevant SAP module
.
+ Collaborate with ABAP teams on
RICEFW objects
(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
+ Review and validate functional specifications and solution designs.
Testing & Quality Assurance
+ Lead and support
Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
.
+ Track defects, coordinate fixes, and ensure solution stability and quality.
Change Management & Training
+ Prepare detailed documentation including
Functional Specifications and User Manuals
.
+ Conduct training sessions for end-users and power users.
+ Support change management and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Pre-Sales Support
+ Participate in
pre-sales activities
, including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal support.
Good To Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with
SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW
, and data cleansing methodologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Experience:
10+ years
of SAP Migration Consulting experience.
Minimum
two full-cycle SAP implementations
.
Experience with
Greenfield and/or Brownfield S/4HANA migrations
.
Preferred experience in the
Manufacturing domain
.
Technical Expertise:
Strong functional expertise in
SAP Module - e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP
.
Solid understanding of
SAP S/4HANA architecture
, data structures, and
Fiori applications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in
information technology, Business, Finance, or a related field
.
Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory):
SAP S/4HANA Certification
in the primary functional module.
Experience with
SAP Central Finance
and/or
Group Reporting

Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum project management frameworks
