Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Manufacturing/SCM Senior Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management, along with a proven track record of leading complex projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions to drive operational efficiency and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Manufacturing and SCM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in SAP Manufacturing and SCM processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Develop and deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing and SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrated business processes and their relation to SAP solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing and leading project teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with SAP.
• Certification in SAP Manufacturing or SCM modules.
