Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

SAP Loans Management (CML) Consultant

to join our SAP Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP CML (Consumer and Mortgage Loans), with experience in implementation, customization, and support of end-to-end loan lifecycle processes. This role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and compliant loan management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP Loans Management (CML) solutions across consumer and mortgage loan domains. Configure and customize loan contract management, product definition, payment processing, and collateral management. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP CML modules. Perform gap analysis, define functional specifications, and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements. Integrate SAP CML with other modules such as SAP FI, FS-CD, TRM, and Banking Services. Support data migration, testing, and training during implementation and rollout projects. Conduct system upgrades, apply OSS notes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues within defined SLAs. Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and finance teams. Prepare documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP Loans Management (CML). Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes including origination, disbursement, repayment, and closure. Experience in configuring CML master data, loan conditions, repayment plans, and dunning processes. Knowledge of interest calculation methods, annuity loans, and variable rate loans. Familiarity with integration between SAP CML and other SAP financial modules. Ability to write functional specs and coordinate development with technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SAP Banking Services and/or SAP S/4HANA. Exposure to FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements) is an advantage. SAP Certification in Financial Services or Loans Management is a plus. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
