About The Job:

• We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced SAP ITS Mobile Lead to spearhead the strategy, design, and delivery of SAP-based mobile solutions for our enterprise.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Internet Transaction Server (ITS) Mobile technology, coupled with significant experience in warehouse management (WM/EWM), supply chain, and logistics.
• The Lead will be responsible for defining technical architecture, providing hands-on leadership to development teams, and acting as a subject matter expert for all aspects of our ITS mobile applications.

Essential Job Functions:

• Strategic leadership and vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for SAP ITS Mobile and related technologies, ensuring alignment with overall business and IT strategy.
• Team management: Mentor, lead, and guide a team of SAP developers and consultants, both on-site and off-site, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
• Solution design and architecture: Serve as the lead architect for all ITS Mobile solutions. Work with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust and scalable technical designs.
• Technical development and implementation: Oversee the full project lifecycle for ITS Mobile applications, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to development, testing, and go-live support.
• System integration: Manage the integration of ITS Mobile with core SAP modules (WM, MM, PP, SD), external systems, and mobile devices (e.g., RF handhelds).
• Performance optimization: Conduct performance tuning and optimization for ITS mobile applications to ensure high availability, fast response times, and exceptional user experience in the warehouse and other operational environments.
• Quality assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards, lead code reviews, and manage testing and defect resolution processes.
• Mentorship and guidance: Provide expert guidance to team members on ITS Mobile development, including screen modifications (screen personas, web Dynpro), HTML templates, and debugging.
• Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between business process owners, functional teams, IT management, and third-party vendors.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and process flows.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging SAP technologies, such as SAP Fiori and S/4HANA, and evaluate their potential impact on the existing mobile landscape

Qualifications:

• Experience :- 10+ Year of relevant experience SAP ITS & Mobile Development

MUST Have Mandatory skills (non-negotiable)

• Hands on experience with SAP ITS Mobile Development
• Hands on experience with FIORI & ABAP Programming (RICEFW & HANA)
• Should have strong exposure to Warehouse Management (WM) & Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Should have clear communication skills (verbal & written) for client facing & communicating with other stake holders

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP, including extensive experience in a lead role designing, developing, and implementing SAP ITS Mobile solutions.

Technical Skills:

• ITS Mobile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP ITS Mobile technology, including screen logic, template creation, and screen modifications.
• ABAP: Expert proficiency in ABAP programming, including experience with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEFW) development.
• SAP Modules: Strong functional and technical knowledge of core SAP modules, particularly Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Materials Management (MM).
• Integration: Extensive experience with SAP integration technologies such as RFC, BAPI, and ALE/IDoc.
• Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhancing the user interface of ITS Mobile applications.
• Debugging: Advanced debugging skills to troubleshoot complex issues in the ITS Mobile environment.

Leadership and Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams, including setting priorities, mentoring, and performance management.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, scope, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other mobile technologies like SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services, or other mobile application development platforms.
• Certifications in SAP modules, project management, or relevant technologies.
• Experience in a large-scale global implementation or migration project.
