We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU EAM Consultant. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) within the SAP ISU environment, supporting end-to-end asset management solutions, troubleshooting, and enhancements in a complex utility landscape. This role is key to ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement for our core business processes related to Enterprise Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day activities and incident management for SAP EAM and ISU modules.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance), ISU (Industry-Specific Utilities), and integration points (e.g., MM, FI, SD).
Coordinate and implement change requests, system enhancements, configuration updates, and report developments in SAP EAM.
Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, impact analysis, and solution design.
Maintain system documentation, conduct user training, and perform knowledge transfer as required.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, audit requirements, and quality standards.
Liaise with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Security) and oversee interface support for EAM-relevant integrations.
Drive system improvements leveraging new SAP functionalities/releases (e.g., S/4HANA readiness, Fiori apps).
Prepare test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with deployment activities.
Provide periodic support during system maintenance windows, upgrades, and patching cycles.

Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) and/or ISU experience in the utilities sector.
o Experience with American utility/regulated environments preferred.
o Prior work in AMS/support-focused SAP projects highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
o Strong SAP configuration and process expertise in EAM (PM module), including work orders, notifications, assets, corrective/preventive maintenance, measurement points, and warranties.
o Strong business process knowledge in SAP ISU (Device Management, Meter Works, Work Management, Service Orders).
o Working knowledge of Technical Master Data management including Functional Location and Equipment processes.
o Familiarity with integration points: MM, FI/CO, SD, and external asset/maintenance management tools.
o Experience in interface troubleshooting (IDocs, RFCs, PI/PO, Web Services).
o Basic ABAP debugging skills and ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
o Experience supporting plant, equipment, and asset configurations in the M&A context.
o Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional engagement with business and technical stakeholders.
o Analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
o Proficient in interface monitoring, daily order/process management, and handling error logs and BPEM cases.
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical, communication, and customer engagement skills.
o Ability to work independently in a distributed AMS environment.
o Familiarity with ITIL or AMS processes (incident/change/problem).
Certifications: SAP certifications in ISU/EAM/PM are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting SAP systems in regulated utility environments (US preferred).
Prior project experience in SAP IS-U implementations or acquisition or Operate project is a must.
AMS experience in managing SLA-driven support and reporting.
