Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced

SAP IS Retail Lead (S4 HANA)

to join our

Corporate Applications team

. The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying

SAP Retail functionalities

, ensuring seamless integration and successful implementation. The ideal candidate will bring

deep SAP SD/MM + IS Retail expertise

with proven experience in

large-scale SAP transformation and support projects

.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

Lead end-to-end implementation of

SAP IT solutions

aligned with business requirements. Configure and develop

SAP IS Retail functionalities

with integrations across legacy systems. Provide strong

SAP SD/MM expertise

in a retail environment. Manage

data migration activities

from legacy systems to S4 HANA. Deliver detailed

solution designs

and ensure compliance with specifications. Identify opportunities for

continuous system and process improvement

. Support solution architecture reviews and evaluate alternative technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience

SAP IS Retail (S4 HANA):

5+ years of implementation/support experience with expertise in Merchandising, Assortment, Listing, Pricing.

SAP SD/MM:

10+ years in consulting, configuration, and implementation. Solid understanding of: Simple SCM in S4 HANA Billing, Sales Orders, Deliveries, SD Master Data Goods Issue, Batch Management Experience with

WM/EWM modules

(preferred). Exposure to

S4 HANA transformation/implementation

projects. Proven

Project Management experience

(PMP / PRINCE2 / APIC preferred).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

. Minimum

10+ years of SAP SD/MM + IS Retail

support, maintenance, and implementation experience. Strong

stakeholder management and communication skills

. Ability to

lead and mentor teams

while delivering scalable solutions.

Pay: From ?3,800,000.00 per year
