JSW Group
for the position of
SAP Implementation & Accounts Payable Coordinator
. This role involves supporting SAP implementation projects and managing accounts payable and financial data operations. The candidate will act as a key link between project teams, vendors, and internal finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Implementation & Project Coordination
Coordinate SAP lifecycle: planning, testing, go-live, post-support
Act as liaison between users, consultants, and IT
Manage documentation, UAT, and stakeholder communication
Track progress, identify risks, ensure timely delivery
2. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Verify, process, and post invoices into SAP
Ensure approvals and timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate vendor records
3. Financial Data Entry & Reporting
Enter financial transactions accurately
Assist in Capex reports and monthly financials
Support GL updates, expense reports, and audit readiness
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
CA Inter
Experience:
in SAP coordination, AP, and finance operations
Technical Skills:
SAP FI, CO, MM, SD module experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of financial processes and compliance
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Team player with independent working capability
