SAP HR Project Manager to oversee the implementation across Germany.
Essential : Good demonstration of This will be an initial 12-month contract with the opportunity to become long term. You will be working remotely, in CET time zone.
Responsibilities:
o? ?Advocates, champions, and communicates the program and country project with BU and Site leadership and stakeholders to ensure support, prioritization, and resource alignment
o? ?Ensures project delivers to program objectives, standards, and local country requirements
o? ?Serves as an escalation leader for country project team then escalates to program leadership and executive sponsors as needed
o? ?Accountable for overall country project deliverables, timeline, and signoffs, representing HR (including HR-Tech) and enterprise IT for the country project
o? ?Ensures country harmonization and global template design is upheld and communicates with stakeholders accordingly
o? ?Ensures technical design and approved architecture are upheld and any deviations are reviewed and appropriately approved.
o? ?Makes country project critical decisions upholding global/corporate HR strategies
o? ?Ensures risks, actions, issues, and decisions are documented, tracked and supports risk mitigation strategies identified by project leadership team
o? ?Collaborates/partners with program sponsor(s) as necessary for country specific strategies/approach
Skills required:
o? ?Specific HR Time and Payroll experience within Germany
o? ?Fluent English
o? ?10+ Years Project Management experience
o? ?Experience with HR project management
o? ?Able to communicate clearly and adhere to tight deadlines within project management
