Role  SAP HR  Jr. Consultant
 Experience  3 to 4 years

    (Functional SAP HCM)
 Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP HR module. This role uses consulting
 skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the clients
 business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.  
Skills 
  Techno-functional consulting to support daily incident and problem tickets for HR module
  Handle configurations of HCM (OM, PA, Time and Payroll) independently
  Modified HR objects and also created custom info types based on the requirement of the organization
  Developed various HR Reports  Attendance, Attendance/Leave regularization mail, Leave availed, Employee master data dump, Payroll Register, Variance report, Bank file for salary release report
  Statutory deductions (PF,ESI,PT,LWF and TDS) Form 16
  Wage types and GL Mapping and payroll postings.
  Created a BDC program to upload data into various info type
  Various interfaces developed for the JV posting
  PCR Creation for payroll, Time Evaluation support activity, ESS/MSS portal support
  Understanding of the HCM module integration with various modules
  Understand the issues faced by end users on day to day basis and provide solution to their satisfaction
  The Senior Consultant should facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HR modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
  Debugging Knowledge
  Experience on Data Migration techniques: Batch Data Communication/ LSMW, Experience on Module pool programming
  Experience on ALE / IDOC and Workflow, Experience on Standard User Exits, BADIs and Enhancements
  Extensively Experience on in Customizing to fit users requirements
  Experience on enhancement of Standard Infotypes/Creation of custom Infotypes
  Involved in developing interfaces and Reports in HR using Info types, Logical databases and Clusters
  Extensively Experience on in debugging of sap programs and performance tuning
  Hands on Experience in Background Processing and Transport Management System
  Extensive experience in SAP R/3 version upgrade and patch upgrade
  Extensively Experience on SPDD and SPAU activity
  Exposure in FIORI, ABAP on HANA and Success factor technology
  End to End implementation of Positive Time Management (WSR Creation, Attendance Query, Absence and Quota Generation)
  Experience in implementation and configuration of HCM modules including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organization Management
  Prepared business blue print as per clients requirements
  Design, configuration and testing in SAP HR Module
  Expertise in ASAP methodology and analysing 'AS IS' & 'TO BE' status of the client and suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation.
  Responsible primarily for successful implementation and support of SAP HR, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP HR to users.
  Managing configuration and customization in PA, OM, TM, Payroll, ESS/MSS, APR, ADR & ECM
  Expert in Fit and Gap Analysis, Functional Specifications, testing, end user training, and documentation.
  Expertise in writing PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rule) for the rules that are not supported in standard SAP
  Expertise in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time, Payroll
  Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP HR with other modules.
  At least three full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)  
   At least 4 to 5 Enhancement and support experience.
  Development of functional requirements for any reports requiring ABAP development.
  Experience of Analytics handling through SAP BI or any other platform for HR function.

  Analyse the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients needs
  Coordinating and giving guidance in problem resolution, liaising with customer and coordinating business change.
  Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  Create and maintain SAP documentation
  Strong written, verbal, and graphical communications skills with the ability to express complex technical concepts effectively
  Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience & get the things done from team
