We're Hiring | SAP HR Integration Specialist

Are you an experienced SAP professional with strong expertise in

SAP ECC HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP CPI, and ABAP

? We're looking for a skilled individual to join our team and drive seamless HR integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop & implement integration solutions using

SAP CPI, SAP ECC HCM BIB & ABAP

Enable seamless data replication from

SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ECC HCM

Collaborate with HR, Business Analysts & IT teams to convert functional needs into technical solutions Configure, monitor & maintain interfaces ensuring data accuracy and compliance Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve defects with minimal business impact Support

Unit Testing, Integration Testing & UAT

for end-to-end validation Prepare technical documentation & support knowledge transfer Stay updated with latest

SAP HR integration best practices

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years

of hands-on experience in

SAP ECC HCM BIB, ABAP & SAP CPI

Strong experience integrating

SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC HCM

Expertise in

SOAP/REST APIs, middleware & data transformation

Strong troubleshooting, communication & stakeholder management skills Experience in

Agile & Waterfall

environments Knowledge of

SAP HR/Payroll & SuccessFactors modules

(mandatory) Experience with

ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, OpenText, DocuSign

(plus) SAP Certifications preferred Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
