We are looking for a skilled
SAP HR Consultant
with strong hands-on expertise in
S/4 HANA implementation
and proven experience in the
Pharma/Life Sciences industry
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end HR processes within SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in full-cycle
S/4 HANA HR implementations
(at least one mandatory).
Configure and support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver configurations as per business needs.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Ensure compliance with Pharma/Life Sciences industry requirements and best practices.
Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments.
Train end-users and support change management activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
4+ years of experience
as an SAP HR Consultant.
Mandatory:
At least
1 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation
experience.
Strong expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll).
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Experience in
Pharma/Life Sciences industry
is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global teams.
