SAP HCM Trainer
to join our team and deliver high-quality training to our students.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an
SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Trainer
with
4 to 5 years of hands-on experience
in SAP HCM processes and configurations. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and informative sessions -- both online and offline -- as part of our SAP HCM training program.
This is a
freelance position
that offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to developing future SAP professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver SAP HCM training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring learners gain practical skills and strong conceptual understanding of SAP Human Capital Management solutions.
Conduct
morning batch classes
(3 per weekday ).
Customize training content to meet different learning levels and objectives.
Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
Maintain an engaging, interactive, and supportive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4-5 years
of hands-on experience in
SAP HCM modules
(Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, etc.).
Strong understanding of
business processes
related to SAP HCM.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Prior experience in training or mentoring SAP learners (preferred).
Ability to effectively manage both
online and offline
sessions.
