Lead and support the migration of existing SAP HCM processes to the S/4 HANA platform in a brownfield approach and ensure all customizations, integrations, and configurations are migrated effectively while adhering to business requirements.
Proficiency in core SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and integrations
Knowledge of API's
Identify and implement optimization of existing processes in line with the latest functionalities and capabilities in S/4 HANA.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to analyse current HCM processes and migrating them to new S/4 HANA system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance the user experience and efficiency.
