SAP HCM Trainer

to join our team and deliver high-quality training to our students.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an

SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Trainer

with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM processes and configurations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting online training sessions as part of our SAP HCM training program. This is a freelance position requiring flexibility in scheduling and the ability to deliver engaging and informative sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

: Conduct SAP HCM training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage and implement SAP Human Capital Management solutions.

Morning Batch

: 3 classes per weekday & 2 classes Weekend

( Class online )

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules. Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and how they are implemented within the SAP ERP environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner. Ability to motivate and engage students, leveraging online teaching methods effectively.
