:

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for

technical process improvements and automation

across Finance and SAP systems. Analyse

existing workflows and SAP processes

to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies. Design, develop, and implement

automation solutions

using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and/or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Business Teams, Leadership) to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage project delivery. Serve as a

subject matter expert (SME)

on automation technologies, SAP process improvements, and industry best practices. Develop and maintain detailed

documentation for automated processes, SAP workflows, and related business solutions

. Provide

end-user training and support

on new automation tools and optimized SAP processes. Ensure that all solutions are

scalable, secure, and compliant

with internal policies and external regulations. Stay up to date with

emerging trends in SAP, automation, and process optimization

to introduce innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

9-12 years of experience

in SAP, Finance systems, and process improvement with a proven track record of successful automation and system transformation projects. Strong understanding of

Finance principles and processes

; prior experience in Finance/FinTech environments is a plus. Hands-on expertise in

Business Process Automation (BPA)

and

technical process improvements

. Proficiency in one or more

automation technologies

(UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) or

programming/scripting languages

(Python, JavaScript, SQL). Strong background in

data analysis and visualization

to identify trends and track automation impact. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and geographically distributed teams. Strong

problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented

mindset. Demonstrated ability to

manage multiple projects

simultaneously within deadlines. Familiarity with

project management methodologies

(Agile, Scrum). Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field

.

Preferred Skills

Prior exposure to

SAP S/4HANA Finance

modules and integration with automation platforms. Experience in

digital finance transformation

or ERP automation initiatives. Knowledge of

workflow management tools

and end-to-end process mapping.
