Role Overview

The Services department supports the products and solutions that drive PlayStation's global business operations. COUPA is a key strategic platform within this ecosystem, integrated with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and IBP.

We are seeking an experienced

Global COUPA Technical/Functional Lead

to design, deliver, and support technical solutions that ensure the platform continues to meet SONY's global requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Functional Ownership

Lead the design and development of new system architecture and major functional enhancements released by COUPA. Build deep functional and technical expertise across the COUPA suite and optimize application/data frameworks . Drive iterative development processes ensuring each release delivers tangible business value.

2. Technical Leadership & Governance

Serve as an advisor for architecture standards, patterns, and best practices. Prioritize and manage Finance-related initiatives; track and report progress. Validate and oversee delivery approaches ensuring effective testing, documentation, and release quality.

3. Integration & Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with SAP and MuleSoft teams to define requirements for end-to-end integrations. Contribute to interface design and coordinate integration testing. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and offshore/nearshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.

4. Support & Issue Resolution

Participate in defect analysis for maintenance releases to ensure robust, customer-focused solutioning. Work with internal and third-party teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the SAP and COUPA landscape.

Required Experience & Technical Competencies

Strong hands-on COUPA configuration and administration experience. Deep understanding of SAP financial table structures and data elements. Experience across the full lifecycle: requirements ? design ? build ? test ? deployment ? support. Proficiency with: COUPA core modules & marketplace products SAP S/4HANA Analytics/reporting via SAP & COUPA Finance & Procurement integration points Cloud integration (AWS/Azure/GCP) Python & Java for integration/automation API development (REST/GraphQL)
Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
