Title: SAP Functional QA

Location: Hyderabad- Onsite

Mandatory skills: 4+ yrs in SAP/Oracle HCM Testing

We are looking for an SAP Functional QA / Tester with strong experience in SAP HCM to join our SAP Test Team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute functional, integration, and regression test cases Test SAP HCM modules: Payroll, Time Management, Portals Validate HCM extracts, BI Publisher reports, and data accuracy Test inbound/outbound integrations (file-based, API/SOA) Support UAT with business stakeholders Maintain test cases and test documentation Perform API and SSO testing Contribute to test automation (manual ? automated)

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in SAP HCM (or Oracle Fusion / Workday / SuccessFactors)*
ERP functional testing experience Integration testing knowledge (APIs, SOA) Understanding of QA methodologies Exposure to automation tools (Selenium is a plus) Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility

Graduate / Post-Graduate (BE / BTech / ME / MTech) 4-10 years of experience in SAP/Oracle HCM testing Automation exposure is a plus
