We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in MM, PP, PPDS, and EWM to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and support integrated SAP solutions for end-to-end material planning, production execution, supply chain visibility, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver SAP solutions across MM, PP, PPDS, and EWM functions.
Conduct business process design workshops with planning, production, logistics & procurement teams.
Translate JIT/JIS and complex automotive planning scenarios into efficient SAP processes.
Integrate SAP PP/PPDS with MES, automation, and quality systems.
Support real-time ATP, forecasting, and production scheduling solutions.
Prepare detailed documentation: blueprints, functional specs, test cases, user guides.
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Ensure SAP master data integrity (materials, BOMs, work centers, vendors).
Stay updated on S/4HANA digital supply chain and embedded PPDS enhancements.
Required Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.
7+ years of SAP functional experience with minimum 2+ years in PPDS.
Strong configuration experience in MRP, finite scheduling, production orders, backflush, and repetitive manufacturing.
Experience in automotive production (JIT/JIS, sequencing, lean systems).
Knowledge of SAP integration with MES, APS, QMS, etc.
Experience in large-scale SAP rollouts or digital transformation projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
