Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to navigate client needs, expectations, and transformation challenges.
Work closely with technical architects, developers, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration between functional and technical solutions. Provide leadership across all functional areas of SAP (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.)
Establish and enforce best practices for SAP functional processes, ensuring solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations. Guide the CoE in maintaining consistent methodologies and templates.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SAP innovations and industry trends. Proactively propose enhancements and new functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of DXC solution for RISE for customers business processes, configurations, and solution designs. Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients, providing training as needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP functional roles, with significant experience in solution architecture and leading SAP transformation programs.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and other core SAP modules.
Experience in supporting Centre of Excellence or similar governance function within an SAP environment.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a track record of delivering successful SAP solutions to enterprise clients.
SAP certifications in relevant modules (FI/CO, MM/WM/EWM, SD, PP/QM, PS, PM, HCM, etc.) are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of business process design, mapping, and optimization.
