What is the work?

Configure and customize SAP FICO, MM, and SD modules as per business requirements Analyse complex business requirements and map them into SAP system processes and workflows Conduct GAP analysis and propose SAP best practices for enhancements Lead and manage integrations between SAP and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.) Enable seamless order-to-cash and procure-to-pay process synchronization between SAP and digital commerce systems Coordinate with middleware/API teams to ensure real-time/near-real-time data exchange (BAPI, IDOC, PI/PO, CPI, etc.) Manage full lifecycle SAP projects and enhancements in an Agile/Waterfall environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams - developers, architects, QA, and product owners Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in

SAP FICO, MM, and SD

Proven experience in

SAP and e-commerce system integration

Strong knowledge of

BAPIs, IDOCs, RFCs, APIs, and SAP PI/PO or CPI

Familiarity with

payment gateway integration

and tax compliance (e.g., Avalara, Vertex) Clear understanding of

order management, pricing, taxation, and inventory sync

between SAP and e-commerce platforms Experience with

SAP S/4HANA

Exposure to third-party logistics (3PL) integration or warehouse automation ABAP debugging or functional knowledge for issue resolution Understanding of GDPR, PCI DSS, and compliance in e-commerce landscapes SAP Certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proactive mindset with ability to work independently or in a team Option to engage as an independent consultant or through our SAP implementation partner ecosystem * Flexible time zone overlap if required for international clients
