Key Responsibilities

HR and Fiori Functional Delivery

Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements. Configure SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA),
Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS.

Design and deliver SAP Fiori applications from concept to deployment. Configure Fiori Launchpad including catalog, group, tile, and role assignments.
Technical Coordination

Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for OData integrations. Perform minor ABAP debugging or enhancement support where needed.
Testing and Support

Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training. Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR functional consulting. Strong expertise in SAP Fiori application configuration and development. Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes. Basic ABAP debugging and enhancement capabilities (1-2 years acceptable). Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience with OData, CDS Views, SAP Workflow, or SuccessFactors
integration.

Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies in SAP project environments.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
