We are seeking a visionary and accomplished SAP FTM Capability lead with experience building capabilities on the newer technology within SAP scope. Minimum Experience of 5 years in leading the SAP FTM Capability is must.

18+ yrs. of experience in either SAP delivery or S/4 transformation programs, capability building on newer technology/trend, managing talent aspiration and career path.
Should be Niche skill certified in FTM.
Should have experience in S/4 Project either in implementation or roll-out or conversion specifically in niche skills such as cFIN, TRM, RAR, DRC etc., besides FI and CO.
Should be well-versed with the latest technology and its trajectory to lead Finance to Manage capability.
Should be able to do client presentations, lead POC developments, contribute towards RFP responses, work with CoE and other enabling teams.
Should have strong leadership skills to lead a capability of 1500+ people across multiple locations in India.
Should understand the dynamics of how the capability or practice is planned and delivered in the areas of Finance to Manage.
Should have experience working with leadership teams to manage and delivery capability key topics and manage a large team size.
Ability to define Road map / Strategy for SAP FTM considering market conditions and technological changes.
Ability to coach and create new leaders within FTM capability to drive practice initiatives.
Should be an excellent orator and ability to interact with client as necessary.
Provide support in deals when help sought by the CoE Sales team.
Work closely with Staffing/RMG and OPS team as per needs.
