Implement and support SAP FSM solutions across full lifecycle projects.
Configure, customize, and test FSM scenarios as per client requirements.
Identify gaps, issues, and propose workarounds; prepare RICEFW documents, functional/technical designs, and test cases.
Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations for clients.
Perform SAP FSM system setup and administration tasks.
Configure FSM functionalities including Resource Planner, Scheduling, Dispatching, Service Fulfillment, Time & Material Journal approval, Smart Forms, and Business Rules.
Manage Crowd Service and foundational services like Auto Scheduling policies.
Integrate SAP FSM with ERP systems using SAP FSM Connector and SAP CPI, design groovy scripts for CPI.
Develop custom reports using Jaspersoft and handle custom developments and data replication.
Support project phases: Requirement Gathering, Business Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Training, Hypercare, and Enhancements.

Minimum 5-13 years of SAP FSM implementation experience with at least 2 full lifecycle projects.
Proficiency in SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
Exposure to SAP CPI, groovy scripting, and Jaspersoft reporting.
Knowledge of SAP CRM/C4C Service module and SAP S/4 HANA Service/Customer Service modules preferred.
Familiarity with SSAM (SAP Service and Asset Manager) is an advantage.
SAP FSM certification is desirable.
