Job description -

• We are looking for an experienced SAP Lead with deep expertise in FICO modules with 5+ years of
• experience in SAP implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have strong functional
• expertise across SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, etc.) along with a deep understanding
• of business processes and cross-module integrations. This role involves leading SAP
• implementation projects, ensuring system stability, driving continuous improvements, and
• optimizing business processes. Experience with SAP RISE and cloud migrations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
SAP Functional and Process Expertise:

• Act as an SAP functional expert, ensuring proper system configurations and business process mapping.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze pain points and identify opportunities for SAP process improvements.
• Ensure seamless cross-module integration and provide functional support for FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Drive SAP standardization across the organization by ensuring the adoption of SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.

SAP Implementation and Rollout:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including blueprint design, configuration,testing, and go-live support.
• Define project scope, manage milestones, and align SAP functionalities with business goals.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP across various business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Work on SAP RISE and cloud migration projects, ensuring optimal architecture and performance.

SAP Support and Continuous Improvement:

• Manage day-to-day SAP support operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and system stability.
• Perform root cause analysis for system issues and implement corrective actions to improve system efficiency.
• Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects in coordination with SAP partners and internal teams.
• Implement process automation and system optimizations to enhance productivity and user experience.

Testing, Training and Change Management:

• Oversee Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP changes and enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance SAP adoption among end users.
• Develop and maintain SAP documentation, training materials, and process guidelines.
• Ensure proper change management to drive smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP RISE and cloud migration experience will be a strong plus.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation and one large-scale support project.

Technical and Integration Knowledge (Preferred):

• Understanding of SAP Basis, Security, Fiori, and Integration (OData, IDocs, APIs).
• Ability to coordinate with ABAP developers for system enhancements and debugging. Project & Stakeholder Management:
• Experience in leading SAP projects and working with business and IT teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalations and drive process improvements.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies for SAP implementations.
