The role includes training delivery, preparation of training materials, and guiding students through end-to-end configuration, business processes, and real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured offline classroom training sessions on
SAP S/4HANA FICO
.
Explain core business processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre's, Internal Orders, etc.
Provide real-time practice with configuration, master data setup, and integration with other modules.
Share study materials, assignments, and case studies.
Mentor students in their projects and interview preparation.
Ensure classroom engagement and support different learning levels.
Stay updated on latest S/4HANA FICO features and enhancements.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in SAP FICO (S/4HANA).
Hands-on experience in implementation or support projects.
Mandatory prior experience in training or mentoring required.
Strong in configuration, integration, and real-time examples.
Excellent communication skills (English & Telugu).
Ability to guide and motivate students from various backgrounds.
Nice to Have:
SAP Certification in FICO (Preferred).
Exposure to Central Finance or FICO migration projects.
Experience conducting mock interviews or placement support.
