Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Trainer / Faculty to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive and structured training sessions on SAP FICO (both FI & CO modules). Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises. Guide learners through end-to-end configuration, implementation, and real-time scenarios. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA Finance features and share practical knowledge. Assist in curriculum development and ensure training content is industry-relevant. Provide mentoring and career guidance to students interested in SAP careers.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation or support. Prior training or teaching experience preferred. Strong conceptual knowledge of FI (General Ledger, AR/AP, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis). Excellent communication and presentation skills. SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
