Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Trainer to deliver high-quality training on SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The trainer will be responsible for designing training materials, conducting instructor-led and/or online sessions, and ensuring learners gain both conceptual and hands-on expertise aligned with real-world business scenarios. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom, virtual, and/or corporate training on SAP FI & CO modules Explain core SAP FI concepts including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Train on SAP CO components such as: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Provide hands-on system demonstrations and practical exercises Develop and update training materials, presentations, case studies, and assessments Guide learners through configuration, testing, and real-time business scenarios Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback Stay updated with SAP versions, best practices, and industry trends Support learners with career guidance, interview preparation, and project discussions (if required) Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field SAP FICO certification (preferred) 3+ years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation or support experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance Training or teaching experience is an advantage
